One counterparty. The whole program.
Automation programs from $500K to $10M, delivered end-to-end: audit, engineering design, multi-vendor procurement, factory acceptance, DDP logistics, installation, commissioning and handover — 6 to 18 months on a milestone schedule you can hold us to.
What "full cycle" actually covers
Every block below sits inside the same contract, the same schedule and the same responsible party. Nothing falls between vendors.
Audit & feasibility
On-site survey, process mapping, throughput modelling. Output: technical requirements, vendor shortlist and a budget accurate to ±10%.
Engineering design
Layouts, traffic and safety zoning, power and network planning, integration architecture for WMS / ERP / BMS / SCADA.
Multi-vendor procurement
Best-fit units from any mix of manufacturers, negotiated at our volume terms, contracted under one agreement.
QC & factory acceptance
7-point pre-shipment control and FAT of your actual units with photo/video evidence — sign-off before anything ships.
Logistics & customs
Consolidated freight, insurance, customs and certification, delivered DDP to site on a coordinated schedule.
Install, train, hand over
Installation and commissioning, systems integration, staff training, acceptance testing on site — then transition to a service plan.
FROM 3 KG COBOTS TO 180 KG PALLETIZERS — ONE SUPPLY CHAIN, ONE CONTRACT
Start with the audit, not the contract
Large programs shouldn't start with a leap of faith. The paid on-site audit is a self-contained engagement: our engineers work your site, and you get a document set worth having even if you never buy a robot from us.
The audit fee is credited in full against the project contract if you proceed. If you don't, the deliverables are yours — vendor-neutral and usable with any integrator.
Built for procurement committees
Seven-figure hardware contracts live or die in legal and finance review. We structure the deal so it passes.
Your law, not ours
Contract under UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore or EU jurisdiction — whichever your legal team clears fastest. English-language documentation throughout.
LC & escrow
Letters of credit and escrow structures tie payments to documented milestones: FAT sign-off, shipping documents, site acceptance. Money moves when evidence lands.
Leasing & installments
Equipment leasing and staged-payment schedules through partner institutions — spread the fleet across its own payback period instead of one capex hit.
Scope it with an engineer
A 30-minute call with a project engineer — not a sales script. Bring the problem; we'll tell you honestly whether it's a $60K package or a $2M program, and what the audit would need to confirm.
