How we work

Fourteen steps. Evidence at every gate.

Cross-border robotics fails in the gaps — between the seller and the freight forwarder, the customs broker and the installer. Our process closes those gaps: four phases, fourteen controlled steps, and a documented checkpoint before every payment and every shipment.

Phase 1 / 4

Scope & propose

Days 1–14 · free
01

Enquiry

You describe the task through the site or by email. An engineer — not a bot — replies within 24 hours.

02

Requirements call

30–45 minutes to pin down volumes, site constraints, systems to integrate with and success criteria.

03

Site data / audit

Plans, photos and process data remotely — or an on-site audit for larger programs.

04

Proposal & budget

Unit selection with alternatives, scope, timeline and a budget corridor you can take to your board.

Phase 2 / 4

Contract & build

Weeks 2–8
05

Contract & jurisdiction

Single agreement under UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore or EU law — milestone schedule with penalties attached.

06

Payment structure

Letter of credit, escrow or staged payments — funds release against documents, not promises.

07

Factory order

Production slots booked directly with manufacturers; configuration and firmware fixed in writing.

08

7-point quality control

Our Shenzhen QC team works the checklist below on your actual units — not a sister batch.

Phase 3 / 4

Verify & ship

Weeks 6–16
09

FAT — filmed acceptance

Factory acceptance test against the agreed protocol, delivered to you as a photo/video report for sign-off.

10

Consolidation & freight

Multi-vendor cargo consolidated in Shenzhen or Shanghai, crated, insured and loaded on one schedule.

11

Customs & compliance

Export and import formalities, CE / UL / FCC paperwork — cleared under DDP so duty surprises are ours, not yours.

12

Delivery to site

Last-mile to your door with a confirmed unloading window. Door-to-door in 6–8 weeks on standard lanes.

Phase 4 / 4

Deploy & support

Weeks 8–18 → ongoing
13

Installation, integration, training

Commissioning on site, integration with POS / WMS / BMS, safety validation and hands-on training until your team runs the fleet without us in the room.

14

Handover & service activation

Acceptance protocol signed on your floor, documentation pack handed over, warranty clock starts — and your service plan takes over from day one.

Step 08 in detail

The 7-point pre-shipment control

Run by our own inspectors in Shenzhen and Guangzhou — people on our payroll, in the factory, before crating. A unit that fails any point doesn't ship until it passes.

Every checkpoint produces artifacts — photos, video, test logs — that go into your FAT report. You sign off on evidence, not assurances.

  • 1/7Vendor re-audit — factory status, licenses and production line verified current
  • 2/7Configuration match — units built to the contracted spec, options and payloads confirmed
  • 3/7In-line inspection — assembly quality checked during production, not after
  • 4/7Firmware & software — agreed versions flashed, languages and region settings applied
  • 5/7Full functional test — navigation, sensors, charging and payload cycles run to protocol
  • 6/7Packing & crate integrity — export-grade crating, shock indicators, spare kits sealed in
  • 7/7Loading supervision — container loading photographed and sealed under our inspector
Weeks 6–8 · in transit

Logistics you can put in a Gantt chart

Standard door-to-door lanes into the EU and North America run 6–8 weeks, coordinated by our Shanghai logistics desk. You get one timeline and one status channel — not five forwarders' tracking numbers.

Terms

DDP by default

Delivered Duty Paid: freight, insurance, export and import duties in one contracted number. The price you sign is the landed price.

Compliance

CE / UL / FCC handled

Certification status verified per unit before purchase; where paperwork for your market is missing, we run the conformity process before shipping.

Visibility

One status channel

Weekly written status from order to doorstep, with documents attached at every gate: booking, bill of lading, customs release, delivery slot.
