How Nexum Autonomous Robotics handles the information you share with us through this website.

LAST UPDATED · JULY 2026

1. Who we are

Nexum Autonomous Robotics ("we", "us") is a global integrator of autonomous robotics headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with offices in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Shanghai. For anything related to this policy or your personal data, contact info@nexumautonomous.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you actively submit: contact details (name, work email, company, country, role) and the content of your enquiry when you use a form on this site or email one of our addresses. We do not collect data from you passively — this website runs no analytics trackers, advertising pixels or fingerprinting.

3. Why we process it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, verify catalog-access applications, prepare quotes and proposals, perform contracts, and maintain business correspondence. The legal bases are the performance of a contract (or steps prior to entering one) and our legitimate interest in operating a B2B business.

4. Cookies & local storage

This site sets no tracking cookies. We use a single browser session flag (a sessionStorage key) purely to avoid replaying the intro animation within one visit; it contains no personal data and expires when you close the tab. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a technical request from your browser to Google's servers.

5. Sharing & transfers

We do not sell personal data. Information may be handled by our email and form-processing providers acting on our instructions, and shared between our offices in the UAE, Hong Kong and mainland China to the extent needed to answer your enquiry. Where data of EU/UK residents is transferred outside those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Business correspondence and enquiry records are kept for up to three years after the last contact, or longer where a contract, legal or accounting obligation requires it, then deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. Write to info@nexumautonomous.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the website or law evolves; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be visible on this page.
