A fleet is only as good as its worst week
Robots earn payback by running, not by existing. Our service plans keep uptime high after handover: remote diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, spare parts on the right continent and — for Enterprise fleets — an engineer who knows your site by name.
Three levels of cover
Priced per fleet, per year — quoted after we know your unit count, duty cycle and location. Plans can be upgraded mid-term as fleets grow.

Parts on the right continent
The classic failure mode of imported robotics: a $40 sensor grounds a $40,000 unit for six weeks while it clears customs. We pre-position.
- —Critical-spares kits shipped with every fleet, sized to your unit mix
- —Consumables subscriptions so brushes, filters and batteries arrive before they're due
- —Enterprise fleets get a stocked parts locker on site or in-country
- —Warranty claims processed by us with the manufacturer — you deal with one party
We stock what wears out
Every fleet's service kit is mapped part by part before handover — part numbers assigned, consumables flagged, replacement intervals scheduled. Wear items get swapped on the calendar, not after a breakdown.
Items marked with an amber dot live in your consumables plan: brushes, blades, filters and batteries arrive on schedule, sized to your fleet's real duty cycle from the monitoring data.
Reports your finance team will read
Uptime, utilization, incidents and cost-per-hour by unit and by site — quarterly on Standard, monthly on Enterprise. The same numbers that justified the purchase keep justifying it.
Uptime & utilization
Which units run, how hard, and where capacity is left on the table — per site, per shift.
Incident history
Every ticket with root cause and fix, so patterns surface before they become downtime.
Cost per operating hour
Service, parts and consumables rolled into a cost-per-hour figure you can put next to labor rates.
